- My name is Diane I was an inpatient at RHI from November 4,2008 until New Year's Eve after having a stroke on October 21and now that I am home I realize that I miss being around people who are just like me. I also was interested in starting a support group in my hometown as I know we have a pretty big population of people living with disabilities either from stroke or MVAs I slso am a registered nurse and would enjoy using what I know from nursing as well as what I have learned as a stroke survivor
