Hello Denise,
Below is a link for you. I hope this link helps you. I know it has helped my Mom a lot and she has referred it to my siblings as well. I also have a whole sheet of useful info. when I went through rehab. at Hook Rehab. and now I am also at RHI's Neuro Rehab Center for vision therapy.
